The Link Agency Refund Policy


Seminars

Refund Policy:

Fees cover the seminar and all seminar materials. For cancellations of paid reservations received prior to 72 hours before the start of the seminar, any fees paid are not refundable, but will be credited toward any future seminar/ workshop/teleconference or applied to any The Link Agency, Inc. publication, product, or service purchased within one (1) year from the date of the seminar.

Substitutions:

Attendee substitutions are allowed. Please contact The Link Agency, Inc. as early as possible to notify of a substitutions.

Cancellations:

Cancellations received within 72 hours of the start of a seminar will not be refunded or credited.


Publications

Guarantee:

All purchases are fully guaranteed and are subject to return and full refund within 15 days from the date of receipt, provided they are returned in salable condition and shipped prepaid by the customer. Claims for incorrect and/or damaged shipments must be made within 15 days from the date of receipt or such claims are invalid.

Coupons/Vouchers: Additional discounts on The Link Agency training materials will not be accepted after orders are processed. Please present all vouchers or credits at the time you place your order.

Shipping/Delivery Information

Shipping & handling charges for items purchased at www.thelinkagency.com are based on:

  • the delivery option you choose
  • the destination address for your package
  • the weight of your items
  • your shipping preferences

When purchasing through our secure transaction website, shipping options and charges will appear on your order preview. After selecting the appropriate option you can review the charges and submit your order.

Items you order will be fulfilled as follows:

Downloadable Publications and White Papers.

Downloadable items will be available for retrieval upon approval of the purchaser’s credit card. Purchasers will be emailed a link directing them to their file immediately upon approval.

In-stock Items

In-stock items will be shipped via the purchaser’s chosen shipping method within 2-4 business days of original purchase date.

Out-of-stock Items

Purchases of out-of-stock items will not be charged to purchaser’s credit card until items have been received in-house and are available for shipping. Purchasers will be notified via email if any items in their order are out-of-stock or on backorder.

Seminar Reservations

Seminar reservations will be confirmed upon approval of registrant’s credit card. Confirmation of seminar reservations will be sent within 3-5 business days via ground mail.
