Founded in 2000, by Tracy LeRoux, as a national advertising agency. We opened our door with little more than a dream, a laptop, a cell phone and a whole lot of passion. We didn’t have much else to do, so we generated publicity for the agency. That publicity was a catalyst. It helped land our first client, Fidelity Charitable Gift Fund (FCGF) – the world’s 2nd largest public charity. We were able to help FCGF successfully achieve their goals. As a member of the Burnett Procter & Gamble team, her team’s Pert Plus “Sink Boy” campaign took the brand out of a 7-year decline. The campaign earned ADAge’s, Ad of the Year and was the first reality-style, man-on-the-street interview to air on US Network TV.
While at The Martin Agency, LeRoux worked on Wrangler, launching their brand into Target, and played a pivotal role in helping to land the Kellogg’s account-
The Martin Agency’s first packaged goods client.
A grad school intern while at Nissan, LeRoux worked closely with the Chiat/Day team to launch the “Barbie Dream Car” and “Dogs love Trucks.” campaigns.
At Ralph Lauren, LeRoux was fortunate to work on the launch of Lauren’s Madison Avenue flagship store – a breakthrough in retail marketing.
Tracy LeRoux has been named RI’s 40 under 40, won numerous creative awards, and was named one of RI’s Leading Ladies in 2019, & 2020. However, none is more rewarding than helping her clients grow their businesses.
LeRoux holds an MS degree from Northwestern University, Medill School of Journalism – IMC program. She teaches adjunct at Roger Williams University and Tracy LeRoux owns Link Real Estate.
